'Le Jet d'eau' (the water jet) is a painting by Henri-Victor Wolvens (1896-1977). Behind the exuberantly spouting fountain in the Park of Brussels, you can see the façade of the Palace of the Nation, adorned with flags, in the newly liberated Brussels at the end of the Second World War.
